   - Contact us within 3 days of receiving your order: If you receive an item with defects or problems, please contact us via email at info@ladicouture.com within 3 days of receiving your order to inform us of the issue. If we are not notified within this time frame, you will no longer qualify for a return.

 

   - Provide photos and a copy of your receipt: In your email, include clear photographs of the damaged or defective item, along with a copy of your receipt as proof of purchase.

 

   - Allow 7 business days for review: Once we receive the required information, please allow us 7 business days to review your request and assess the validity of your claim.

 

   - Ship the defective item (if required): If your claim is found to be valid, you will have 7 days to ship the defective garment back to us. The shipping address will be provided upon validation of your claim.

 

   - Store Credit: Upon receiving the defective item and confirming its condition, we will issue a store credit for the original purchase amount, which can be used for future purchases on our website.

 

   - Failure to return the defective item: If we do not receive the defective item within the specified time frame, your claim will be canceled, and no store credit will be issued.
