Behind the Rack is an 8-week live boutique-building experience for women who are ready to stop just thinking about owning a boutique and start building one.

This isn’t a class where you sit, take notes, and leave with a notebook full of information you never use. We’re building as we go.

Over eight weeks, I’m taking you behind the rack and teaching you the business side of boutique ownership—from creating your foundation and developing your brand to understanding vendors, buying inventory, pricing, marketing, selling, and managing the business once the orders start coming in.

And yes—we’re talking vendors. You’ll receive vendor resources and learn how to identify, evaluate, and work with vendors so you’re not just buying clothes you like—you’re making smart buying decisions for the business you’re building.

By the end of Behind the Rack, the goal isn’t for you to simply know more about starting a boutique.

The goal is for you to have built one.

And for Builders who are ready to take the experience even further, there will be an opportunity to step outside of the learning setting for an exclusive Market Day experience and see how the buying side of this business works in real life.

The destination? We’ll talk about that later. 👀

Shipping & Return

Welcome to LadiCouture Style. We are committed to providing you with a seamless shopping experience. Please read our Shipping Policy carefully to understand our procedures regarding the shipment of your order

  1. Order Processing:

   - Orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days of receiving  and shipped within 3-5 business days.

   - Please note that orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  1. Shipping Methods:

   -Standard shipping methods will be through USPS or UPS carriers.   The shipping method and estimated delivery time will be provided during the checkout process.

   - Shipping costs are calculated based on your location and the shipping method you select and will vary.

  1. Shipping Locations:

   - Currently, we only offer shipping within the United States. We do not have international shipping options at this time.

  1. Order Tracking:

   - Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking update via email to monitor the delivery status of your package.

  1. Shipping Delays:

   - While we make every effort to ensure prompt delivery, we are not responsible for shipping delays caused by external factors, such as weather conditions, carrier issues or theft.

  1. Pre-Order Items:

   -When you purchase a "Pre Order” item(s), please be advised that you are purchasing an item in advance that we currently do not have in stock but is in the process of being shipped to us.  Once the item is in stock, it will be shipped to you within 48 hours of receiving.   Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel pre-ordered items, but we are able to apply funds to an item in stock for equal or lesser value with the difference, if any, being a store credit once the item is received in the store.
